Job Responsibilities:

Help manage our project portfolio and work with our team of designers, project managers, remodeling consultants and back office team to successful run dozens of full kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects throughout Tampa Bay

• Implement our project management software and oversee technology adoption (BuilderTrend)
• Spearhead all company reporting
• Provide support with material purchasing and accounting when necessary
• Manage all permitting with the different building departments
• Conduct various office support duties
• Create and organize project folders for each project to include all relevant project information

Requirements:

• Takes great initiative with excellent follow up
• Ability to work well with customers and team members
• Very well-organized
• Very detail-oriented
• Great attention to detail
• Enjoys working with software and numbers
• Tech savvy - learns new software/technology systems quickly.
• Highly proficient at using Excel/ Google Sheets and the entire Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills
