Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are looking for a skilled ambitious, professional and organized bookkeeper who is extremely proficient with Quickbooks, to take over our in house finances.
This would mean controlling spending of the business, monitering the flow of money, making sure consumers have paid their invoices, and inputting everything into Quickbooks. You will also work closely with the different departments in maintaining budgets and accounting, providing assistance and advice, reporting financial issues to the GM.
This individual will ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and other laws, statutes, ordinances, contracts, regulations, and other requirement applicable to financial issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be incredibly detail oriented and trustworthy, able to efficiently execute their responsibilities while providing general assistance to our leadership team with a positive, can do attitude.
We are seeking someone who is looking for a career while being able to work a part time schedule of 20-25 hours a week in our office. These hours are flexible. We serve a distinguished clientele so discretion and absolute professionalism are a must!

Candidate must be experienced and extremely competent with Quickbooks and know their way around this software. They should also have a firm understanding of accounting and accounting related principles and practices and immediately grasp assignments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
