**Actively seeking Team Members for shifts all shifts and open availability.

Boba Barista (aka Bobaristas) provide customer service in a team atmosphere as a part of a unique, local, bubble tea brand. We offer flexible hours, internal leadership opportunities, community-serving events, and a brand that offers joy and kindness. Open to all Experience Levels.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing cafe for service at each shift, including stocking service areas, condiments and cutlery/place settings.
• Greet and take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Review menus with guests and answer questions about menu items, from preparation to ingredients. Knowledge of menu and ability to make suggestions required.
• Notify relevant team members and manager on duty for all noted guest allergies.
• Enter orders into computers for transmittal to team members and kitchen staff.
• Deliver food orders per company guidelines.
• Ensure patrons are enjoying their beverages and meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Follow all Food Handler certification guidelines, such as food safety, handwashing, and food prep.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary: side dishes, garnish, and etc.
• Buss assigned tables when necessary: removing dishes and glassware and preparing table for next guest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
