Title: Boatman
Reports to: The Dockmaster, and Assistant Dockmaster
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of safe boating practices and procedures experience is preferred.
Possession of a valid CA driver license, class “C”, and CA Boaters Card, as required by CA law.
Must be able to swim.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations
Must have schedule flexibility for AM, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment with member interaction.
Must have strong customer service skills, and the desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
