Independence Behavior Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. We provide high-quality, clinic-based ABA therapy and have locations in Richmond Hill and Hinesville, GA with plans for a Savannah location in early 2022. We are looking to expand our team to accommodate our evergrowing client base and to address the high level of need in our community.

An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, hardworking, and a team player. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in Clinical Director and other leadership roles as well as those who have supervised Fieldwork Supervision hours. Current open positions include Clinical Supervisors, Director of Parent Education, and Lead BCBA.

**This position requires relocation to the Savannah, GA area. **

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and training staff
• Providing support to other BCBAs
• Facilitating bi-weekly parent trainings
• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of clients
• Making data-driven treatment decisions
• Designing and implement effective, behavior change programs
• Updating client goals and treatment plans
• Providing Fieldwork Supervisees with well-rounded, enriching supervision experiences
• Other duties as specified

Required Qualifications Include:

• A BCBA certificate in good standing
• Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• 3 Outstanding professional references

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
