Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Billing Specialist to join our growing Adparo team. In this role, you will perform complex account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and process member and group terminations resulting from account reconciliation. You will provide exceptional customer service with internal and external customers and perform monthly invoice audits of new and existing groups. This position is remote. The mission of Annexus Health will resonate with the ideal candidate, who believes their work is ultimately about helping solve larger problems in the wider community.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify claims and submit them to assistance programs
• Follow up on assistance claims already submitted
• Review Claims Aging reports to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
• Ensure payments are directed to the appropriate location and processed
• Follow up on any claim billing or status request from clients
• Enroll patients in assistance programs, and submit claims based on the Opportunities report

About You:

• 3+ years of physician or medical billing experience (IV Infusion preferred)
• GE Centricity/Unlimited Systems or Epic experience
• Oncology or specialty billing experience is a plus
• A passion for great outcomes

• Effective communication skills
• Ability/desire to thrive in a service-oriented culture
