Welcome to Los Taxes de America, Tax Leaders Of America, LLC, a nation wide Tax Relief Company.

We are looking for a strong candidate to handle our Biilling Department. SPANISH AND ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY! To process customer payments, review our contract documents and contact customers about late or upcoming payments. Collections experience is a Big Plus!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process payments from our auto pay system
• Process manually payments (credit cards)
• Calling clients when payments declined
• Sending and receiving emails
• Checking voicemails
• Answering phone calls, responding to client requests or transferring to the necessary department
• Sending invoices
• Help clients understand billing and charges for which they are responsible
• Follow up on delinquent payments and resubmit billing as needed

The main Objective is to collect the money today not tomorrow and enforce the late fees.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in collections, billing, and/or accounting.
• Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. English and in Spanish
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment.

Our office hours are 8am-5pm M-F & Sat. all candidates must be able to work these hours and possibly extra hours *This position is onsite (not remote). 40 + hours a week.
