- Oversee and complete invoicing for assigned portfolio of consignment accounts, review and file daily billing, complete multiple location billing and perform non-routine billing activities.
- Manage inventory reports, analyze and report trends, and properly balance inventory discrepancies with minimal loss of sales
- Verify inventory computations by comparing physical counts to SAP, investigate discrepancies and adjust differences with minimal loss to Sun Chemical.
- Collaborate with plant sites, sales, customer care team, technology and other stakeholders to quickly resolve customer billing and inventory issues.
- If applicable; implement solutions to prevent ongoing customer issues and provide value added activities to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and communicate risks associated with revenue and provide guidance and support to business partners in order to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for billing processes and J-Sox compliance.
- Process returns and sales adjustments, obtain correct approvals to issue financial credits per the Credit/Debit Memo Policy.

Position Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- ERP system experience as it relates to the Order to Cash function.
- Ability to identify problems, determine root cause, and implement solution for follow up with internal and external customers with plan of resolution
- Ability to plan and organize with the expectation of billing more than 30 consignment accounts monthly
- Maintain productivity goals and quality standards with minimal supervision.
- Act with a sense of urgency and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate to advanced skills in MS Excel.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in consumer or commercial billing, customer service or related position supporting customer accounts.
