We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Billing Coordinator to join our team in Concord, NH. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing client invoices and will work closely with other members of the accounting team as well as project managers. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, with opportunities to be challenged and grow professionally.

Essential Functions-What You Will Do

  • Prepares client invoices, including back-up documentation.
  • Reviews new project records in ERP system to ensure proper setup.
  • Coordinates with project managers to ensure accuracy of billing and project records.
  • Collaborates with other members of the accounting team to achieve timeliness and efficiency.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with small teams.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service internally and externally.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 - 2 years’ bookkeeping experience.
