Position Summary
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices to vendors and Member Retailer billing. The Assistant will resolve member statement billing and credit issues and coordinate with internal audit personnel. In addition, the Assistant will support the Divisions, Store & Vendor personnel in researching vendor and member payment histories and budgeting information, update and maintain the accounting database, resolve payment disputes, and contact members to confirm billing timing and vendor performance satisfaction.
Position Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience with Accounting/Invoicing
Accounting/Computer Software experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under deadlines
Attention to detail
Dependable, self-starter who requires minimal supervision
