Responsibilities
- Be a team player to help grow the agency.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Answer incoming phone calls and process payments.
- Conduct policy reviews and make policy changes based on client needs.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
Requirements
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Prior customer service experience.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Texas Personal Lines Property & Casualty Licensed.
- If NOT licensed agency will assist with obtaining a license.
