DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Provides administrative support to the department leadership team
- Performs confidential verbal and written Japanese and English translations; prepares and transmits correspondence
- Coordinates calendars for department directors; assists executive assistant as needed for EVP calendar
- Acts as liaison with other departments, company officers and executive assistants across global Nintendo
- Supports budget operations, and prepares and maintains Action Memos and Purchase Requisitions
- Prepares expense reports for department leadership team
- As directed, attends meetings and participates in conference calls between department and NCL
- Coordinates meetings and communication within department and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners
- Prepares reports and follows-up on key topics for department leadership and other department members as required
- Coordinates department samples and product requests as directed
- Coordinates preparation of presentation documents and slides for projects and group meetings as directed
- Coordinates travel arrangements
- Maintains department files
- Coordinates and works on special projects as assigned
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative / executive assistant experience
- Exceptional English/Japanese bilingual translation skills (verbal and written) required
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
- Level 1 JPLT or equivalent proficiency
- Professional training in Translation/Interpretation or equivalent experience
- Passport required
