TriSource is working closely with a nonprofit in the Washington, DC area to find a hard-working Benefits Coordinator to assist employees with any insurance/benefit questions, payroll, and similiar duties.
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm HYBRID
Responsibilities:
- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 403(b), and wellness benefits. Provide customer service support to internal and external customers
- Maintain and produce the OSHA 300 and 300A, worker’s compensation records and other work-related injury documentation
- Ensure that the Agency is fulfilling all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations
- Provide input into methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR 5yrs of relevant experience
- 2yr+ experience in benefits administration
- Background with software programs and benefit platforms
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Covid vaccine
