***Starting pay $20 with a Bachelors or current RBT certification, $18 without.***

**Health insurance, holiday pay and PTO accrual for 32+ hour per week staff**

• Behavior Technicians provide direct 1:1 therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities in the home, clinic and community.
• Work hours: Must be available between 2p-9p. Morning and early afternoon hours are available for full-time staff
• Sessions include programming for skill development in the areas of communication, social skills, daily living, employment and behavior management.
• Behavior Technicians must possess the ability to multitask during sessions (collect data, write session notes, manage behavior, maintain attention and reinforce client, etc.) and maintain professional relationships with parents, caregivers and staff.
• Experience is not required but is highly recommended. Current RBT is preferred

Job Requirements: 18+, High School Diploma, clean and clear driving record for the past 5 years, clear DOJ LiveScan $$$ Starting pay is $18 without an RBT/Bachelors and $20 with RBT/Bachelors
