Responsibilities include:

Learning and retaining large amounts of menu knowledge: including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparations.

Upholding our service standards and ensuring guests have a world-class experience.

Market the restaurant including but not limited to your own shifts and special events.

Build relationships with guests and make sure their expectations are exceeded.

Run food and drinks

Keep tables/bartop clean.

Complete sidework in order to keep the restaurant prepared for shifts including various cleaning, stocking, and rolling silverware.'

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
