Our bartenders provide delicious, speedy craft cocktails for our guests to enjoy while experiencing one of the hottest rooftops in the country. They exhibit a keen awareness of the traffic through the bar and execute thoughtful strategies to ensure quality service, even when the volume is high. Bartenders must have a firm grasp of classic cocktails, a good understanding of wine profiles, and an in-depth knowledge of craft beer and local breweries. Our bartenders take great pride in their work. They maintain a clean and organized workstation while taking meticulous care of their appearance. Professionalism, energy, a strong personality, and beverage knowledge are the characteristics of a Slater Hospitality bartender.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting the guests warmly and recommending drinks that fit their preferences.
• Maintaining a clean workstation.
• Checking identification for all guests who look younger than 40 years of age.
• Correctly processing cash and card transactions.
• Documenting and organizing weekly inventory.
• Stocking wells and bars at the end of each shift.
• Completing daily checklists.
• Checking and replacing kegs when needed.
• We are looking for teammates with at least 1 year of prior bar experience and open availability on weekends.
