The right candidate for this position has previous experience managing a busy, social environment and has a passion for serving others. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining an enjoyable work environment and ensuring that guests have a fantastic time at our lively wine bar. We're looking for an individual who can quickly adapt to different situations and who is able to make strong decisions regarding customer service and food and beverage prep.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a well-stocked bar, including beer, wine, and liquor.
• Fulfill drink orders and pour alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bar area.
• Follow health codes and carry out (or supervise) proper food preparation procedures.
• Keep records of drinks served and amounts of alcohol used in each one.
• Make sure the bar area is free of spills and unhygienic conditions.
• Follow proper money handling procedures.
