Job description
Positions Available: Full-time (25-35 hours/week) and Part-time (16-20 hours/week) barista and sandwich makers who love to help-out customers.

Duties: Keep customers happy at all time. Work at the cash register, prepare beverages, make sandwiches & salads, restock inventories, and keep all areas of the coffee house clean. Interact with customers and assist customers with special needs.

Pay: $16 per hour + Tips

Typical Shifts:

5:30 am – 1 pm

12 pm – 6 pm

6 pm – 10 pm

Full-Time employees are not required to work on weekends.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Must be physically fit to work in a fast paced work-place.
+ Some Weekend and/or evening availability if applying for less than 20 hours.
+ No coffee experience is required but preferred.
+ Must be an energetic person with positive attitude and must be a quick learner and be able to work independently once trained.
+ Must love helping customers and respect and get along with coworkers.
+ Excellent attendance and reliability. No drama!!
+ Ability to work as a team player.
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
+ Open to feedback from coworkers and managers.
+ Must be willing to keep all areas of the coffee house (including rest-rooms) clean and sanitized at all time.
+ Enforce no-loitering and purchase policies.
+ English speaker preferred or be able to learn enough to perform work.
+ Work authorization papers required for E-Verify prior to starting date.
