Essential Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greets and connects with every customer;
• Tunes in to the customers’ needs and suggestive sale to every customer to provide quality service and bring up sales;
• Shows appreciation to our customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service;
• Initiate conversations and develops a relationship with our regulars by learning their names and favorite drink;
• Answers the shop phone or headset within 3 rings/beeps in a friendly and professional manner;
• Responds appropriately to the customer’s complaints or concerns and communicate every incident to the Shift Leader;
• Correctly process each transaction through the POS and offer the customer their receipt;
• Makes sure that the customer leaves satisfied, thank them and welcome them back.

Provide Quality Beverage and Food Consistency

• Thoroughly follows all White Rock Coffee recipes and measurements;
• Provides superior product presentation making sure that each drink has the correct topping and ingredients;
• Follows health and safety guidelines;
• Provide perfect espresso shots for all hot beverages and properly steams milk;
• Customizes each drink exactly to the customer’s requests;
• Correctly bakes all pastries and make sure that we are providing our customers with the freshest product possible;

In addition to five-day workweeks and an established career track, we offer opportunities to further your education with two in-house ASTs at our SCA Certified Premier Training Campus.
