We are looking for positive and motivated Baristas with a passion for coffee who are looking to grow with us at our first Austin location.
Job overview:

• Weighs, grinds and packs coffee per customers’ orders according to Revolución guidelines.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Assist FOH staff and management in stocking retail items
• Assist FOH staff and management in taking of weekly inventory
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
• Observe relevant health and safety standards

Self-starters, dependable hard workers, and happy people with a positive attitude are highly valued. We need people who will take ownership of their work and complete tasks without supervision.
Positions available include early morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
Must be available on weekends.
Hourly compensation based on position and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
