DeLallo Foods is looking for full-time Bakers and Bakery Customer Service associates at our Jeannette, PA, Italian Marketplace. We are seeking candidates who want to provide the ultimate shopping experience by maintaining our products, providing assistance to and cultivating relationships with our customers. • Bakery Counter Associates – 8:00 am start

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bakers:

• Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail with the ability to take direction
• Mix, bake and decorative cakes, pastries and a variety of breads.
• Lift heavy sacks of flour and other baking items.
• Operate industrial baking machinery.
• Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, and machinery.
• Adhere to food safety standards while preparing products.

Bakery Counter:

• Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail with the ability to take direction
• Price customer selections using label machine and calculators.
• Answer the telephone to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Stocks and replenishes counters and displays with product.
• Rotates merchandise for freshness and removes outdated product.
• Cleans and maintains work-station.

Our winter marketplace hours are 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week. Availability to be scheduled to work during the hours the store is open, including weekends is required.
