HACOR, INC. is a top in-flight catering service provider for the airline industry. We are looking for a Full-Time Baker Helper in our in-flight catering kitchen. Must be able to communicate effectively, and is able to work in a team environment with others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Closely follows the daily lists prepared by the Baker or Bakery Supervisor;
• Responsible for preparing and baking products in compliance with the quantity and quality standards set by the airline customers;
• Responsible for cleaning the bakery equipment by closely following the daily and weekly cleaning lists;
• Responsible for FIFO and date dots; and
• Performing other duties pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the bakery.

Basic Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to read, understand, and communicate with basic English;
• Must possess basic math skills for converting and calculating measurements, ordering products, and conducting inventory inspections;
• Must have ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects weighing approximately 50 lbs;
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout entire work day;
• Must be flexible for on-call duties that may need to be performed on weekends, evenings, and holidays;
• General knowledge of mixing and making baked goods is preferred.
