The James American Grill, opening on James Island in Summer 2023, is hiring all Front of House Positions
The James is a neighborhood restaurant offering traditional American fare in the heart of James Island in Charleston, SC. With an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere, The James offers familiar dishes and top-notch hospitality, creating a community gathering place to return to time and time again. Locally operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group, The James will open Summer 2023.
FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are seeking those who want to join a team of true hospitality professionals. Someone interested in learning new techniques, enjoys working with locally sourced ingredients, and is eager to assist in achieving our culinary vision.
What we are looking for in our Team Members:

• Skills in food production with the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
• Understanding of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Comfortability with multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties – working quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
• Willingness to get the job done correctly!

Positions Include:

• Line Cook
• Prep Cook
• Dishwasher

While previous experience is desired, we are willing to train those with the right attitude and drive for success!
