As the AVP of Digital Sales and Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing our inbound consumer loan sales and account operations call center. You will lead a team of sales professionals, motivating them to meet and exceed their sales goals. Your imaginative approach and ability to think outside the box will be instrumental in developing new structures and processes to enhance our sales operations.

In collaboration with the retail branch network, you will ensure a seamless process across channels, delivering exceptional service to our members. Your coaching and development skills will be key in nurturing the talents of your team members and driving their performance to achieve desired results. You will also be responsible for setting strategic goals, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources effectively to meet members' expectations.

Compensation for this position starts at $83,000.

What will I be doing in this role?

  • Collaborates with the VP Digital Sales and Service in the administration of the departments to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Responsible for strategic planning of digital sales areas by setting departments’ goals, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to deliver to members expectations.
  • Hires, develops and retains talent within digital sales and encourages crewmembers to acquire new skills to expand their knowledge across departments.
  • Responsible for training, coaching, and development within Digital Lending and Digital Accounts to ensure assigned goals are met as crewmembers deliver products and services to help members financially.
  • Strong knowledge of new accounts and lending software to ensure effective operations in Digital Lending.
  • Experienced in developing sound sales and service standards in a retail banking environment.
  • Researches and suggests new technology to improve the member experience across channels.
  • Maintains crewmember documentation and manages performance reviews.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures (both online and manual) to improve departments’ effectiveness.
  • Works with branch personnel, contact center and other departments to ensure great communication with members.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at developing structure and processes
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision making
  • Experience in retail banking or financial services industry preferred
  • Experience using Meridian Link (Loans PQ) and Alloy are preferred
