Job Description:

The On Board Services Group is a full-time, afternoon position, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-Midnight. This position is entry level with great opportunity for advancement. You may occasionally be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours to meet customer demands.

Job functions include:

• Detailing and cleaning private aircraft interiors
• Personalization of private aircraft interiors
• Meeting and greeting members and assisting them with luggage (must be willing to carry upwards of 60 lbs.)
• Managing and anticipating members’ needs and desires
• Assist in management of aircraft standard stock and special request inventory (must be willing to drive own vehicle for shopping request)
• Maintaining member VIP lounge and conference center areas as well as all department areas.
• Assist Base Operations with Aircraft de-icing operations during winter months (must be okay with working outside and climbing deice tower)
• Winter operations assistance with snow removal (snow shoveling)

Other requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Some prior experience in customer service or detailing
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
