Job description
Jay Wolfe Automotive Group of Kansas City, MO is accepting resumes to hire an experienced, Automotive Title Clerk.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Information Verification- Deal Breakdown, contract submission to lenders
- Audit deals for document accuracy
- Trade-in payoffs
- Process titles; follow-up to obtain clear title
- Ensure customers receive proper documents for vehicle registration
- Track, document, and review title and funding status
Must maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality
Familiarity with auto dealership accounting processes and car deal paperwork a plus
