Job description

We are looking for a reliable Sales Manager that is able to handle a customer from meet & greet to closing. Must be able to continue building strong relations with local lenders and be familiar with their programs (or willing to learn them). The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively without causing too many set backs or problems for the company.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owner of current deals or potential deals

• Manage other employees and oversee operations when owner is not present
• Protect Company's interest (fake paystubs, problematic customers, etc.)
• Have a positive attitude or optimistic mindset
• Work in a clean environment (clean desk, workspace)
• Analyze costs, pricing of vehicles from auction, post inventory on CRM

• Provide financial sales reports monthly
• account for monetary transaction and follow procedure (payments, down payments)

• Skills

• Finance Experience is NOT required but Sales experience would be great!
• Proficient user of software Frazer, Dealertrack, etc. (can learn/we can teach you)

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations (can learn)
• Distinguish makes/models of vehicles properly
• Booking out vehicles values/trim correctly
• Account for all monies collected (cash sale, payments, down payments, etc)
• Be positive, impact the workspace environment in a positive manner

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $500.00 per week
