WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Automotive Office Assistant - Customer Service Rep, you perform a variety of duties to support our team and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. With great interpersonal skills, you answer phones and respond to texts and emails, providing assistance to customers and addressing any concerns they may have. You also assist with customer check-out, taking payments, and ensuring that all transactions are accurate. In addition to providing excellent customer care, you order parts and maintain our inventory, as well as perform data entry tasks that help keep our systems up-to-date. Whether it be in person or over the phone, you love providing quality customer care that keeps our business running smoothly!
WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This part-time customer care position has two shifts available:
- 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
