PART-TIME AUTO BILLER & OFFICE ASSISTANT

East Hills VW Subaru of Sayville is growing again and we are seeking a part-time full-charge biller to assist with our increased billing and associated paperwork.

No Sundays!

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing tax and title documents

2. Processing and submitting all vehicle registration paperwork

3. Stocking incoming vehicles

4. Providing additional administrative support as needed

The qualifications that will make you successful in this position are:

1. AutoMate experience is preferred along with DMV knowledge

2. Must have strong computer, internet, and problem-solving skills

3. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

4. You will need to be organized and detail oriented

5. You will need to know the Verifi system, DMV processes and AutoMate DMS system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
