Auto Dealership Title Administrator

We need to hire a Title Administrator to process and file paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle daily in fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities - Title Administrator:

• Process and file paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle daily in a fast-paced sales environment
• Assign transfer of title and make sure liens are recorded properly on the Title Application to proper buyers
• Send all title work promptly to the DMV two-three times a week or with the use of CVR after deals have been funded or have been paid.
• File for MVR-6TT when needed.
• Write checks to the DMV for all title work
• Paying off vehicles traded in with liens and following up with the lenders/banks to receive titles
• Responsible for the Title and Payoff Schedule
• Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
• Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications - Title Administrator:

• Dealership Title experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must possess strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
