Auto Insurance Licensed Customer Service Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling calls from Customers regarding their existing policies, as well as inbound calls driven in by Internet, Email and Third-Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages and benefits to convert calls into customers.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Assist existing customers with payment, policy change and underwriting concerns
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data and underwriting entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and decision making skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Preferred Qualifications
Full P&C or sub agent licensed
Experience in customer service and/or sales in auto insurance
