Our insurance is currently sold in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Ohio and Oregon and we are on track to expand our presence significantly within the year. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling calls from Customers regarding their existing policies, as well as inbound calls driven in by Internet, Email and Third-Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages and benefits to convert calls into customers.

Responsibilities

 Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

 Assist existing customers with payment, policy change and underwriting concerns

 Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

 Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

 Data and underwriting entry in various platforms

Qualifications

 At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service

 Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

 Excellent analytical and decision making skills

 Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Preferred Qualifications

 Full P&C or sub agent licensed

 Experience in customer service and/or sales in auto insurance
