Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.We are seeking an Audio Video Operations Engineer on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs.
What you’ll do:
Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly following the room check procedure.
Ensure that all faults are reported correctly and promptly.
Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly.
Providing first-line support, including on-the-spot diagnosis and rectifying minor faults and problems as and when they occur.
Ensure all multimedia/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order.
Perform maintenance visits and ongoing technical support and provide advice and information to colleagues in the support team. Communicate effectively to peers, management, and customers.
Supporting and setting up Audio/Video systems for small to large rooms, including public spaces.
Supporting Web Conferencing applications for onsite, remote, and hybrid meetings (i.e., Zoom, teams).
Setting up, troubleshooting, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software for the enterprise.
Creating and updating tickets.
Responding to incoming incidents and/or help requests from end-users.
Prioritizing and scheduling tickets and resolutions.
Evaluating documented resolutions and analyzing trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Performing duties with minimum supervision and making good judgment calls for system issues escalation.
Perform quality assurance checks on installations and identify any issues that need resolving, and work in close collaboration with the AV integration team and the project manager to ensure they are resolved.
Responsible for fault finding and technical resolution during the commissioning phase, escalating to third parties where necessary.
Must Haves:
Experience supporting and setting up Audio/Video systems for small to large rooms, including public spaces.
Experience supporting Web Conferencing applications for onsite, remote, and hybrid meetings (i.e., Zoom, teams).
Experience setting up, troubleshooting, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software for the enterprise.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
