The Audi Exchange is the largest-volume Audi dealer in the entire Midwest, and we are currently looking for Brand Specialists to add to our new team in Kirkwood. Responsibilities:

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Provide an unrivaled level of customer service to our high-end customers
• Follow up with leads distributed to you by our BDC department
• Greet all walk-in customers and assist them into the sales process
• Support the customer in finding a vehicle that fits their needs perfectly
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Following direction and our processes.
• Driven and a strong work ethic
• Personable and friendly demeanor
• Stellar listening and two-way communication skills
• Capacity and understanding of computers, iPads, and in-vehicle technology
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Self-motivation
• Capable of processing management feedback and making changes
• Attend mandatory meetings, including, but not limited to, sales, teams, and training and to ensure that sales information is flowing both horizontally and vertically throughout the organization.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
