Our firm is seeking a new Attorney to join us in our Fort Lauderdale office assisting domestic and international clients with their Defense Base Act cases, a form of federal Workers’ Compensation/Longshore. This position is a great fit for either an experienced attorney who has minimum experience litigation but has the drive to succeed. Positive, problem-solving attitudes will do well in our fun but hard working office culture and team-based work style.

Requirements

• Very organized
• Strong computer technical skills to stay organized in a paperless office environment
• Admitted in Florida or who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to practice law (sworn in)
• Good communication with clients
• Work in a paperless environment
