Description:Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations is looking for a motivated IT professional to support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and DevOps products & tooling in use at its Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area. This role will lead the design, development, testing, integration, deployment, operations, maintenance, installation, configuration, and administration of the Atlassian and GitLab platforms in both classified and unclassified environments.
The areas of Lean Portfolio Management and DevOps are foundational enablers in our OneLM Transformation (1LMX). You will work closely with program and functional customers to help them achieve their 1LMX strategies through platform-enabling software like Jira for LPM, Confluence for Collaboration, and GitLab for DevOps.
This position is part-time remote and is based out of Orlando, FL.

- Leading the administration of our unclassified Jira and Confluence environments; supporting the entire Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area
- Providing Atlassian / GitLab IT support to programs’ closed areas in Orlando, FL
- Installing, configuring, testing, integrating, operating and maintaining Agile and DevOps platforms such as the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, etc) and Gitlab, respectively
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical and user facing documentation
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years experience in IT, including system administrator experience
- Proven experience in administrating Atlassian products; JIRA, Confluence or a combination of both
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be local to or be able to relocate to the Orlando, FL area
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Secret level security clearance (not required prior to start)
- US Citizenship is required for this role
- Experience in performing GitLab & Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience with Windows & Unix/Linux administration
- Experience managing workflows, schemes, etc. in Jira
- Experience customizing and configuring Jira
- Integration experience on Jira and Confluence with plugins and development
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian plug-ins (BigPicture, Structure, etc)
- Strong troubleshooting skills on application and server-side issues
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management (e.g., Agile, SAFe) frameworks and principles
- Experience with DevOps (GitLab, CI/CD, Jenkins, automation) principles
- Experience with software development technologies (git, cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Terraform)
