Summary:
In this role, you will identify, develop, sell and manage strategic consulting engagements to mid-sized hospitals. You will be responsible for indirectly leading an internal team with stated goals of revenue retention and/or expansion and enhancing the breadth of Vizient offerings in clinical, strategy and cost areas. You will be a trusted advisor and thought leader to C-suite for Vizient’s services, understanding industry trends and the members’ businesses, concerns, successes, and challenges.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with C-suite teams for assigned accounts

Provide intelligence of the health care market and data driven insights that influence strategic priorities

Understands key drivers of performance in Financial, Operational and Strategic areas of a health system

Shape complex solutions to meet member needs and lead the consulting sales process, applying knowledge of services, insights, and industry.

Manage provider engagement across assigned accounts, demonstrating awareness of breadth and depth of Vizient’s solutions

Grow revenue through adoption of Vizient solutions and services

Lead complex consulting engagements as an executive sponsor for assigned accounts post sale

Facilitate scope approval and statement of work (SOW) discussions

Manage both internal profitability and growth of total provider value
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired
-
10 or more years of relevant consulting sales experience with hospital c-suite required, ideally in clinical, strategic, or operational areas

In depth knowledge of hospital strategy and operations desired
-
Candidate must be willing to be located in the West Zone area.

Relationships with key c-suite executives in the West desired.

Experience working across the enterprise, continuously connecting people and initiatives to drive results for members and Vizient.

Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables

Estimated Hiring Range:
$135,200.00 - $201,200.00
