The Boeing Defense, Space & Security’s (BDS) V-22 Common Configuration Readiness and Modernization (CCRAM) program is looking for an Associate Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA!

The V-22 Osprey is a joint service multi-role combat aircraft applying tilt rotor technology to combine the vertical performance of a helicopter with the speed and range of a fixed-wing aircraft. Optimizing readiness of the Osprey fleet around the globe is one of Boeing’s many missions. The V-22 is to fill an operational specialty unlike any other aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program

• Builds, develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices. Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals. Develops estimating and pricing methods

• Evaluates and develops cases. Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)

• Builds, develops and maintains pricing models. Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements

• Works well with various functional groups: finance, contracts, and engineering to develop estimates for proposals

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in a business-related role

• Experience investigating cost estimates, proposals, and/or financials

• Experience with Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with data analytics

• Experience with material and labor estimating

• Experience with the proposal process

Typical Educations and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $70,550 – $95,450
