Job Description
Purpose of this position: The position will work closely with departments across the system to identify opportunities to improve cardiovascular inpatient and procedural care, standardize operations, financial and quality value.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the strategic, operational, and qualityaspects and have accountability for the direct reports of the cardiovascular operations at Bellevue Hospital. This includes cardiac cath, electrophysiology, non- invasive testing and cardiac rehabilitation.
- Facilitates the integration and teamwork of all CV services for optimal care of patients.
- Works with Division Chief and team members to adopt and incorporate quality initiatives and understand economic and strategic considerations.
- Responsible for development of strategic and tactical plans to maximize the effectiveness of Cardiac Services.
- This role will collaboratively execute on strategies, quality oversight, care standardization and value analysis initiatives across the service line
- Partner with all stakeholders to integrate patient experiences, operational effectiveness, and system outcomes within the hospital and procedural operations.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative leadership team to execute on the goals and strategies of the CVSL under the direction of the Division Chief.
- Ability to design and align resources to support cardiologic initiatives, program development, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external referral sources are keys to success.
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Health Administration, Public Administration or approved related program; and,
2. Six years of full-time paid experience of progressively responsible level in hospital administration with particular emphasis on development and evaluation of health care delivery services; or,
3. A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital or Health Administration, Health Care Planning, Public Health, Administrative Medicine, Business Administration, Public Administration or approved related program; and,
4. Five years of full-time experience as indicated in (2) above; or,
5. A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
