Job Summary
The Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role on the ONE team by connecting strategic insights into inspiring ideas. The position will be a steward of the brand, bringing it voice and relevance consistent with marketing goals on integrated campaigns. The Associate Creative Director is growing into a leadership voice and will be a mentor, problem solver and creative visionary of the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Translates the brand voice into contextually relevant copy that resonates with diverse audiences on different social and digital platforms
- Participates in and/or leads creative meetings
- Ideates and curates ideas that drive conversation and engagement, influencer-driven campaigns and so much more
- Acts as a thought leader by continuously identifying and finding solutions for areas of opportunity on the brands by way of creative problem solving and brand alignment
- Creates high quality content and generates new and innovative ideas to support integrated, cross-channel initiatives
- Collaborates to refine creative briefs and works closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics, translating concepts into effective messaging
- Develops creative concepts that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends
- Ensures high quality, high impact work is produced that reaches and exceeds creative product targets and external industry award creative work
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devises strategies to achieve them.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 6 years with a degree, and/or background in advertising, marketing, content or a related field
- A content-rich portfolio that showcases creativity
- Strong working knowledge of brand development, the creative process, and integrated marketing, including broadcast, video, audio, print and digital
- Proven ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big ideas from beginning to end
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work seamlessly with team members to create truly integrated and innovative work
- Analytical skills to evaluate creative approach and seek unexpected, original and innovative ideas
- Automotive industry or scientific experience preferred, but not required

Work Schedule
- Full-time 40 hours and generally scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
