Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant you will help design and implement the programs for our clients and their families in the Greater Sacramento region. This will involve providing direct 1:1 services to our clients and their families in their homes and out in the community or via telehealth, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis, specifically Pivotal Response Treatment, in addition to writing reports and aiding in the management of each client's program. A background in behavior therapy, specifically with children on the Autism Spectrum, is required.

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
-At least 2 years experience designing and implementing behavior programs for children on the autism spectrum.
-Masters/BCBA or RBT preferred
-1 year or more of experience providing ABA therapy preferable
-The ability to manage challenging and/or aggressive behaviors

Additional Information Related to COVID-19:
-Structure and support for providing telehealth services when and if our clients and their families are unable to receive services in the home.
-PPE provided for each practitioner
-Computer/tablet provided to conduct telehealth sessions and engage in data collection
-Multiple protocols in place to ensure the safety of staff and clients when engaged in in-person services
Additional Requirements:
-Car, Current Driver's License, and insurance to commute to client's homes
-Willingness to drive 30-60 miles per day/1-2 hours (mileage and drive time is reimbursed) [Locations: Sacramento, Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills]
-Pass a TB test
-Fingerprint processing through DOJ and FBI
-Current Immunizations
-CPR Certified (can be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Per CDPH, all practitioners required to be vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19.
PPE for all practitioners provided and protocols in place for in-person service delivery. Telehealth is offered when necessary or requested.
