POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate Brand Manager, eCommerce role requires the ability to influence, strengthen and manage relationships with brands on the Amazon Europe platforms. The position will play a critical role in the growth of the brands within e-commerce. This role will be focused on working cross-functionally across sales, operations, and marketing to identify ways to drive brand growth and overall sales. Channel focus will include primarily Amazon.com, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Sponsored Advertising, Amazon DSP, Seller Central, and Amazon Vendors.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Drive overall strategy for the brand, pricing, promotion, new product launches, and how to best market a brand and/or product
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data
- Manage the content required to support the product assortment for Amazon; work with internal and external partners to develop approved product imagery, descriptive copy, A+ Content, and Brand Stores
- Manage brand budgets and profitability
- Stay close to Amazon marketing BETAs and programs that can be leveraged on behalf of our clients
- Developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales, market and consumer data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the strategic growth of Amazon
- Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high-level strategy to the day-to-day hands-on operations
- Utilize insights from multiple sources, endemic and third party, to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with strategic reporting needs

Requirements: Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with Business or Marketing preferred
- Required: Native in German and English
- Preferred but not required: Spanish and/or Italian
- Experience working with internal and external business relationships.
- Preferred experience working with and utilizing Amazon Advertising, Seller, and Vendor tools.
- Preferred Retail experience with Amazon corporate and/or experience working for a brand on the Amazon account.
