We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven operations leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting.

The Assisted Living Program Manager is mainly responsible for directing and supervising the routine functions of the Assisted Living Memory Care Program (ALMC) in accordance with the requirements of Federal and State regulations. They will also manage the assisted living program with a data-driven, proactive approach to improving the quality of life, care, and overall services.

The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who can stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.

Requirements

You will need an active RN or LPN license and 3-5 years of experience in an Assisted Living facility or related healthcare facility. You will need a willingness to jump in, roll up your sleeves and help out when necessary and lead by example. Strong follow-up and attention to details are a must.
