Summary
Join our team where we nurture and prepare children for school and life. Our whole child philosophy and curriculum provides an environment where children explore and grow. Our goal is to help develop children with self confidence and a strong sense of self direction. Children who feel good about themselves and enjoy what they are doing make great learners.
We have proudly served Winfield IN for 24 years and we are in the process of expanding. Currently our center is a Paths to Quality 2. We encourage family engagement activities and we are currently working on a farm to school nutrition program.

Duties
Position requires:
Innovate and excited about working with children.
Professional, loving and creative team member
Enjoy caring for infants.
Keeping the room prepared, clean and inviting.
Solid classroom management skills.
Communicate well with parents
Work well with other staff.
Requirements
No formal experience necessary. Requirements include: drug test, tb test, background check, online training, physical. Any age apply if you love working with 6 weeks to 15 month old babies.
Nice To Haves
Energetic child centered staff. Classroom should be active and well managed.
