Our multiple locations include Downtown Bozeman, inside the Gallatin Valley Mall, Inside the Bozeman Walmart, and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport! Managerial applicants must have open schedule availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model, train, and ensure exquisite customer service and salesmanship
• Assist the rest of your team to meet and exceed sales and margin goals
• Champion customer loyalty programs
• Creatively develop sales
• Merchandise and use effective displays for sales floor and store windows with the direction of a manager
• Regularly refresh store layout with the direction of a manager
• Assists in training and coaching staff formally and informally using our company training principles
• Assist managing holiday activities, events and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Identify and fix technical errors
• Identify and correct any problem that interferes with an associate’s ability to efficiently do their job and/ or provide customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and helpful feedback and communication to all managers, associates, support staff, etc.
• Work collaboratively with other managers to accomplish company objectives

Qualifications:

• Be a dynamic leader and coach
• Retail Management experience is required
• Gold Standard model of company customer service with sales and Handbook values
• Have great communication skills

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supervising experience: 2 years (Preferred)
