The Assistant Site Manager is serving as a working manager in the Onsight service offered and under the direction of the Site Manager. Alongside your fellow team members, you will help elevate the patient experience - this is where our #hellohumankindess culture shines!
Location
- UM Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD.
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday (shift vary)
- 7 AM to 5 PM
Position Overview
- Report directly to the Site Manager
- Oversee the 3rd Shift
- Create and manage all schedules for the Overnight employees, while holding staff members accountable
- Immediately report all changes in the condition of the patient/client to the appropriate supervisor and other staff members
- Follow all required policies
- Alert nursing staff immediately to any signs of patient distress or equipment malfunction
- Adhere to confidentiality and patient's rights policy as outlined in the healthcare facility's HIPAA policies and procedures
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Attend required healthcare facility training and orientation programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- A current state-certified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred for some locations
- Must meet healthcare facility's pre-assignment and medical requirements
- Ability to effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and team members
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
