Job description

This is a full-time entry-level position based at our corporate office located in Basalt (Willits Town Center). The Assistant Property Manager supports the property management team as needed on projects and with the day-to-day operation of associations, commercial clients, and special districts. Major focus is on the administrative duties pertaining to communication with residents, owners, and board of directors for associations, commercial clients, and special districts. Candidate must have strong organization and multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, eagerness to assist others, and desire to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one to two years’ related professional experience and/or equivalent training is required. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation includes competitive hourly rate plus full benefits package. Potential employee housing opportunity available. Hourly rate range: $24.00 to $28.00 plus signing bonus.
