Assistant Production Coordinator
Job description
Our Manufacturing organization is currently posting for a Production Coordinator. The role of the Production Coordinator is to work closely with the Project Manager and team to ensure the timely delivery of products. This position coordinates with the Project Manager and the Engineering Department to ensure that production is on time, on spec and in compliance with standards. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and high-energy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains inventory count of all equipment and materials.
- Maintain equipment books.
- Plan schedule of team members and track their whereabouts.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments in the factory.
- Set up schedules for other staff while they are out of the office.
- Set up a schedule using different time clocks for different departments and acquire an overview of availability.
- Coordinate materials with receiving manager to make sure adequate supply is available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
