Mobile Pro, a premier Fargo- based event production company, seeks an Assistant Production Coordinator. The APC will assist in helping gather details as well as create and manage documents for our client productions. Applicant should have working knowledge of the live event industry, along with superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task between many different events and event types. A minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry or event industry is preferred.

This position includes the following tasks:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Experience (DCE) to accomplish necessary tasks that advance the client’s project.
  • Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and compiling comprehensive lists of action items following the meetings.
  • Coordinate details from event venues which includes, but is not limited to, on-site assets for set up – times for set up / strike – client table and room layout details from venue.
  • Coordinate details of client events with Director of Client Experience.
  • Gather show assets from clients which includes music files, PowerPoints, videos, text documents, run of shows, and any other digital files needed by the tech team.
  • Organize and share pertinent documents on customer relationship software for every show before the day’s event.
  • On occasion, you may be asked to work with tech team on site during the event to help in the production of shows.

Hours and Pay:

  • 9 am to 5 pm, 4 days a week (subject to shift occasionally, due to events)
  • Up to 32 hours per week, to start
  • Position is part-time, with the opportunity to advance to a full-time Production Coordinator position after a minimum of 6 months on the job.
  • Hour Rate of $18 to $20 per hour, based upon experience
  • Reports to Mobile Pro’s Director of Client Experience
