A true professional and go-getter, the Office Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, have experience using various software programs designed for office management, and be an avid multitasker. Working under pressure to meet deadlines and multi-task at once is a frequent requirement for the Office Manager position, and we strongly encourage candidates with exceptional organizational skills to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordinate and implement office policies for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Make personnel decisions about office staff.
  • Request, authorize and monitor the purchase of materials to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments within the company.
  • Be familiar with regulatory information.,Manage office operations, including purchasing, filing and other administrative duties.
  • Set up and take down meeting rooms.
  • Order supplies for the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,404.00 - $50,690.00 per year
