Job Summary

Develop, manage, and support various member services and club operations, primarily club activities programs achievable for all member abilities, annual newsletters, weekly email, events, financial and managerial responsibilities. Support Membership Services, Clubhouse Operations, and Member club events.

Job Responsibilities

  • To develop, market, manage and staff club events and activities, this will include participating in most activities. The activities program should encompass events and activities that accommodate and are achievable by the membership. When not participating, ensuring that the activity is properly overseen with trained staff.
  • To develop, write, and produce weekly email in conjunction with Member Services Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Rules and Regulations of Red Sky Golf Club and is required both for sharing this knowledge with others and enforcing the Rules and Regulations.
  • Support Signature club sales team through Member for a Day programs, club tours, and assist with overall sales process.
  • Develop and maintain member records relative to all activity participation, waivers, and desired future activities.
  • Coupa purchasing, receiving, and invoice payment maintaining Coupa compliance.
  • Maintain a professional yet approachable high profile relationship with club members.
  • Operate all office equipment, including, fax machine, communication equipment, and computer software (Windows 2000, Excel, Publisher, Jonas, RPOS, Guest Connect and Coupa among others).
  • Capable of periodic postings to social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Red Sky Golf Club and VRI information and actions.
  • Variable time commitments required to manage and operate the club receptionist desk.
  • Support the Club Operations Manager with the overall functionality of facilities (tennis and pool), as well as club member events associated with golf or social components.
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, College Degree Preferred
  • Previous private Club experience or hospitality is desired, guiding and group handling experience in outdoor scenario.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in managing staff at supervisory level preferred
  • Licenses/Accreditations: TIPS; Serv Safe; AED & First Aid
  • Experience with Microsoft office, POS, databases, Publisher, Social Media
  • Fluent communication both written and verbal in English
  • Highly organized person capable of handling a large volume of detailed and multi-dimensional tasks, ability to prioritize workload, self-starter
  • Required to participate enthusiastically in the majority of club activities ranging from cycling, mountain biking, golfing, tennis, hiking, pool activities, organizing and assisting as well as exclusive club social functions.


The expected pay range is $52,000 - $68,075. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
